George Chanturia

Corporate finance professional with a technical background in accounting and finance, focused on private markets, M&A, and valuations. Early career at Deloitte on R&D-focused engagements for manufacturing clients, followed by roles in alternative investments covering income allocation, regulatory work, and strategic projects. More recently managed a European buyout fund with responsibility for dealflow, diligence, investor relations, and fund operations, while also advising a family office on valuation and diligence.

Holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul, an MBA from Warwick, and is a CPA.

Kai is an ex-SVP of Siemens and Siemens Energy, bringing over 20 years of global expertise in industry and energy.

As a strategy executive, he has led transformations, negotiated billion-dollar deals, and spearheaded high-growth businesses. Kai's accomplishments include optimizing portfolios, establishing joint ventures and partnerships, and adeptly navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Ameya Dhupelia

Ameya is an accomplished agrifood entrepreneur, seasoned M&A advisor, and climate warrior with over 15 years of expertise in strategic corporate development, investments, strategy, and operations.

He brings deep industry-specific insights and global networks.

During his time at PwC in London and Hong Kong, Ameya closed deals worth over US$5 billion and raised over US$50 million from institutional investors, private equity, corporates, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and governments.
