George is an ex-Deloitte Manager, specializing in Alternative Investments and R&D consulting. He advised funds on cross-border transactions, focusing on tax, DD, carried interest allocation, and R&D. In Europe, he managed a PE/VC fund, overseeing DD, IR, and fund management. His expertise spans M&A and the circular economy. He provides strategic and financial guidance to the clients.
